Brittany and Shannon picked Look Park for their engagement session because of its dreamy autumn vibe - and it did not disappoint! When we came across a giant old tree trunk, we knew we had found a reading (and kissing) nook for these two lovers of nature and fairy tales. We hopped in the car and scooted up Mt. Tom for some sunset photos to top off a beautiful afternoon in this New England fall weather! Congratulations to Shannon and Brittany!
A couple of adventure-seeking Bostonians are getting married next year, so we braved the busy North End after a stroll through the Commons for some stolen moments in our favorite city nooks. The sky turned pink just as we reached the water, and after zipping through block after block, these two were nothing but smiles 'til the end. Congrats Felicia and Alex: We can't wait to capture your celebration!
Sarah and Kevin fell in love in Harvard Square, so we picked that area to wander the streets and bridges of the Charles, getting to know them and capturing their sweet and quirky personalities. Sarah insisted she'd be forever awkward in front of the camera, but her hilarious stories andwillingness to dive into our ideas resulted in so many fun and natural shots. Mother Nature rewarded all of that walking with a beautiful sunset just as we were wrapping up. Thank you, Kevin and Sarah for a great afternoon!
We chose Purgatory Chasm as a location for my sweet cousin's engagement session on a whim. I knew she had been there plenty of times with our grandparents when we were kids, but I didn't know that she and her fiancé had been there for a picnic when they were first dating. Luckily they knew we were getting into some rocky adventures.. but I think these two will happily snuggle anywhere. We're so happy for you, Sarah and Dan! <3
Tom and Christine (or "Crush" as I know her from roller derby) are a nature-loving, adventure-seeking couple local to our hilly area of Western Massachusetts. We were thrilled when they asked if we'd be willing to hop in their Jeep for an off-roading adventure to capture their love!
Amanda knows what she likes: making things, having fun, and sharing a life with Johnathan. Her wedding day made it clear that those things, along with her son Larry, are what's important to her - and everything else is just icing on the cake. From the vintage hankies that dried everyone's eyes when Larry walked her down the aisle to the milk-and-cookie shooters at the end of the night, the day was filled with heartwarming moments and delicious shenanigans.
