Yanet and John had to move the date and location of their wedding but ultimately did exactly what they set out to do: celebrate their love with a fun, beautiful, outrageous gathering the woods. Each and every guest and person involved with the wedding got tested (before & after) and quarantined (before & after) in order to make this event happen, and it was SO worth it.
Our first time at Hidden Pond Resort will hopefully not be our last. This woodsy setting right by the Maine coast included unique cabins tucked along the small camp roads, fields for galavanting and a big barn for dancing. John’s friend brought his fixed up a 1953 Ford Country Station Wagon so they could use it for a little escape to the beach at sunset, and we were lucky enough to ride along. Their kids were a big part of the day, adding even more spontaneous and loving moments. In a year of darkness and uncertainty it was truly a joy to be a part of a day with so much light.
