Maddie’s senior portrait session at Ashley Reservoir had that golden-hour glow that always makes us feel like we’re doing something right. We wandered the woods and water’s edge, chasing that last bit of summer warmth. Maddie brought her mom and sister along for the ride, which meant we got to sneak in some beautiful multi-generational magic (and a healthy amount of group laughter that had nothing to do with my posing instructions and everything to do with sisterly side commentary).
Every senior session is a little celebration of who someone is right now, and this one felt like an ode to strength, softness, and having your people close by to cheer you on — or at least make fun of your "serious face" in between shots.
