Taylor and Ryan were at each other’s side the entire day- we would find them tucked away in a room together having a snack, dancing their faces off surrounded by friends and family, or holding hands by the bar just soaking it all in.

Rachel and John got married on a stone landing in the middle of the harbor, with a view of the beaches and all of the little houses that make Rockport such a cozy spot on the edge of the vast sea…

Favorite detail: the custom crossword puzzles- a nod to how Jen proposed!

We’ll never forget: The way everyone gasped and held their breath at Jessica when she came down the aisle, and she broke the silence by yelling “Stop it!” in the most wonderfully Jessica way.

The historic Vanderbilt was originally built in the 1860’s as a railroad hotel and still has the vibe of a chic getaway space on the edge of nature. The bones have been preserved but the styling feels fresh, with beautifully curated vintage decor and organic elements throughout. After this wedding, I started drying my own flowers and filling my home with them.

Favorite detail: The “Cone head” cap that was getting passed around the dance floor

“Everlongfest” theme: there were vinyl records at every table, NIN cookies, food trucks for pizza, ice cream and beer.. and a couple bursting with energy and laughter the whole day long.

Everything felt so richly “autumn”: the warmth of the beautiful bouquets by Lotus Floral against the deep emerald green worn by the bridesmaids, the soft breeze, the way the warm afternoon light peaked between the cabins and lit up this couple in their post-ceremony afterglow.

We swooned over: The simplicity in Marissa’s Gown and Elias’ suit. We were inspired by: The uninhibited love that we saw for Marissa and Elias from all of their friends & family throughout the day.

We first heard from Elena & Mike back in early 2019 when they were planning their wedding for the spring of 2020. We instantly connected on our shared sense of humor and love for art. We were so excited to capture their big day- but of course, their 150+ person wedding did not happen as planned…
