Vintage Tea Party Wedding with a 1950's Bride

When vintage fashion blogger Frances (from Polka Polish) reached out to us to document her wedding, we knew that we were in for a special treat. She and her now-husband Doug (both choir singers) had a beautiful Catholic ceremony followed by a relaxed brunch reception at the historic Community House of Hamilton, which included tea and games. We were thrilled to document so many thoughtful details and such a wonderful day for this sweet couple!

The dress, made by Emma Domb, was an incredible find on Etsy for only $50. Frances found cake on the skirt and rice stuck in the lace from the wedding of its original owner (don't worry, she dress-cued it)!

Her "something blue" hat came from Poppycock Vintage on Etsy, and went perfectly with her hair (which she did on her own, sans heat!)

The Miss L Fire “Loretta” shoes, belt, and gold clutch came from Etsy. The wristwatch was worn by her grandmother on her wedding day.
